I would really like to be able to increase my posts per page so I dont have to keep clicking on next over and over again. I think on CF I have it set to 100 or something.

Is there anyway to change it? Can it be a consideration in the future?

User CP --> Edit Options

Midway down the page under Thread Display Options there's a drop-down for Number of Posts to Show Per Page.
