I tried with my Husky 140 but it kept blowing the duct tape connector off the MAF, also I think it put out too much boost at lower RPMs. The D1SC works much better...

I've actually taken part in one of these performance upgrades. My cousin and I did this on his 4.3 powered Chevy 1500. It was done for laughs so we didn't bother going to the dyno. Duct taped that sucker on, wired the throttle wide open, and the v6 was screamin until the duct tape blew apart. The butt-o-meter puts it at about a 30-40HP increase that is very noticeable. The downsides are the harsh vibration, the loud noise, and the plumes of two stroke smoke pouring from the edges of the hood. This is definitely not one of stealthiest mods, but it may very well be one of the funniest. We were about to piss ourselves laughing while driving around in that thing.
