Here is my Z06 vs my Paxton Viper. The Viper lost to the Z06, before the latest mods, in a 60-160 roll race. It won't be even close now.

Very nice Tony. Not bad for some "bolt-ons".

Tony doing nothing but dyno runs, and PSJ posting about taking it to the track.
Someone please explain what has happened???????

I wasn't technically just doing dyno runs, we had to re-tune the car for the mods. ;)
I love how you cant hear those maggies... Around here being quiet is key to avoiding getting busted...hmmmm
I was thinking turbos but I dunno man those things are easy install and very street worthy. Might be looking into this instead. Awesome car btw if you need a pilot to wring every last bit out of it on track day look no further im your man

I actually want the blower to be a little louder on this car. Silence works for the Caddy. I have a set of 1:1 rear cog belt pulleys on backorder at the moment :)
The cogs will also eliminate any potential belt slip back there, which I suspect sometimes. Traces of belt dust back there, occasionally.
Here is a vid of a Camaro with the cogs, sounds wonderful.

For the record I love the music high hp makes but my license simply cannot take anymore punishment. Heck its even worse than that as I defended criminal charges for doing a fukn burn out a couple years ago so the cops/gov't around here? Just dont like boys with toys anymore.
Since then Ive been on mission invisible and silent. I dont post pics or vids of my cars nor take them to shows/cruise/meets etc and I've been quieting everything up as best I can. Sad really but what can you do? Im not leaving this stuff in the past Im taking a Heston stance "From my cold dead hands" before I give up my toys and endless pursuit more more cajones under my foot.
But back to the point Im seriously loving that TVS man I think thats next for my 6.2 camaro. Of course Id love even more to have one strapped to a ZO6 like yours but cest la vies I cant justify that kind of plata for another toy.... yet :shiner:

That Camaro sounds cool, reminds me of gear driven SBC's from the old days.
Brian I've gotten teased over the years about dynoing but in fact I love hearing how the cars do at the track. I think Tony's baseline was ~11.5@124, I'm curious whether it would hit 140mph now.

SICK!!! sounding Camaro. Adding those cogs to the Z06 will really put it over the top in such a right way.

All Z06 Corvettes are manual, unless the owner swaps in an auto. On Power Tour, it averaged over 30 mpg. I'd expect no less now, since the injector size is the same and the Maggie bypasses any boost when at part throttle.

If he were to show up with a motorcycle, I'll bet he gets used to the guest bedroom. LOL
