I finally had some spare time today, so I mounted/balanced a set of Forgestar F14 wheels along with some Nitto INVO tires on my Camaro SS. I took plenty of photos, and weighed everything. Hopefully this thread becomes everything you need to know about the Forgestar F14 wheels.

First of all, the Forgestar wheels are flow-formed cast wheels. This is a higher quality casting process, which results in a lightweight and strong wheel. The same technology is used on Formula1 racecar wheels. Best of all, they only cost about the same as a cast wheel. And, these come in maximum widths for the 2010 Camaro, so you won't have to run around on puny narrow tires.

Here is the info about the setup shown below.

Forgestar F14 Flow-Formed, finish is "Brushed Titanium". Basically a silver powdercoat with a machined face. In between the spokes is silver.
Factory TPMS sensors. No adapters required.
20x9.0 fronts with 275/40-20 Nitto INVO tires
20x11.0 rears with 315/35-20 Nitto INVO tires

Yes, this combo is wider and lighter than the OEM 20" wheels! You end up with max width tires front and rear, and a lighter overall combo. Here is how they compare:

OEM 20x8 front wheel with Pirelli 245/45-20 tire = 63.5 lbs each
OEM 20x9 rear wheel with Pirelli 275/40-20 tire = 68.5 lbs each

F14 20x9 front wheel with INVO 275/40-20 tire = 60.5 lbs each
F12 20x11 rear wheel with INVO 315/35-20 tire = 64.0 lbs each

Total Savings = 15 lbs rotating mass (with much wider tires!)

Now that is a good looking wheel. I don't always like your selections (to each their own), but I love these. The weight savings is a definite bonus.

looks good. almost tempted into selling my gloss black f-14s and buying either a set of titanium or gunmetal f-14s

Cheap! I sell them for $1600 a set for 20s, plus shipping.

WOW that's cheap. I may get a set just to have some "beater" wheels that are still nice. May look into some of the 18s for the 69!

Great looking wheel, especially for the cost!

Looking great Tony!

Do you have any good side-by-side of brushed titanium vs the gunmetal? I was hoping the gunmetal had more of a black chrome look but it appears to be a metallic gray more than anything from the pics in your photobucket.

Also - it seems like the offset on the camaro gives it less depth between the center and the lip with the spokes - is it more noticeable on the sizes we talked about in the offset for the Z?

Gunmetal is metallic gray powdercoat. Very similar to the comp gray Z06 wheels, but shinier.

Camaro is a highly positive offset with huge calipers, that means less concave room. Cars that would normally have a deep lip wheel will get more concave to them. For the price though, can't be too picky ;)

That machined finish looks great; here's hoping I don't regret my color choice.

Reason I asked is because I have seen pictures of these on Corvettes and they look to have more concavity - just wanted to be sure why. I figured the offest was part of the reason.

Cars that can typically run a deeper lip also get more room to fit a concave wheel. The Camaro isn't one of them, unfortunately. CTS-V is even worse.
