I click on this site and decide to register. as I am setting things up, it tells me **User name FSANE is already in use**

I was about to flip out that someone stole my name. so i decided to log in instead and volla, i been already registered. this is weird. :lol:

the user database from SSU was migrated over here.

The SSU user database is from the Real LS1Tech. pre '07.

lol.....

when SSU was launched they migrated the user database from tech to SSU, this was before the sale of tech. When they launched planetLSX, they migrated the user database from SSU.

i am probably a MOD somewhere with out my own knowledge.

Yup another surprised coustomer...and im glad I got to keep my original join date of tech...i was one of the first ones there :)

Yup, and if you want a new name just check out the Support forum and asked in the thread there to have it changed if u want...I did (formerly SlvrV6Camaro on ls1tech)

umm...nothing is against the law.

IB declined to buy SSU when they purchased Tech, therefore the creators of this site also own/operate SSU, so they are just migrating the userbase from SSU to here.

what's illegal about that? nada.

awesome, i like this site. ONe more to add to the well i should be working, but i am "researching" on the net.
