sorry, i cant find an area just to test sigs yet. i havent had one since the change on that old website, so I'm trying to get it to work here.

from where? I tried the link from photobucket and uploading it directly from my computer and nothing

Scroll down on the sig page on your control panel to find the upload box. After you upload the picture, click "insert signature picture".
