Please be aware that we are going to be making some changes to the web site today. Some forums are going to disappear; others are going to change a bit. Apologies if this causes some confusion or inconvenience, we'll explain more a bit later. :)

I know, I'm sad to see it go as well. :( Classifieds, Nuts & Bolts, and Shiny stuff.
I'll let Tony or John explain the why's, though you can probably ascertain them yourself.

No worries. Use 'tech for the tech stuff and this place to keep up on the latest LSx related news. Sounds like a win, win to me.

I believe that is the intent. As it has been stated by Nineball and PSJ, this site was to be something different, and not a competitor or replacement for LS1Tech. With that, I'm not surprised with these changes.

Two responses:
1) This site was designed to focus more on articles, and the message forum was originally spec'd to support the magazine.
2) Read the other sticky, the changes were driven by some outside discussions and we've agreed to make certain changes in order to co-exist peacefully.

I replied to this thread before I read the other. I understand why. Good luck with keeping the site growing.
