I've seen Lamborghini's and Ferrari's in person, but I have to say that Aston Martin has the most beautiful car I have ever seen in person (besides my camaro of course)

03-22-2009, 12:55 PM
haha, I'm guessing they opened the back door and it just rolled out and hit the ground.
That would suck... there's no other way to get it down but to drop the front on the ground.

The end of the lift ramp is laying beneath the car - looks like it only has 4 bolts holding it on. What if the bolts were fatigued and sheared off once the weight of the car was on it? It's a possibility.

Exactly what it looks like to me.
Either the car was on there and the ramp broke, of they backed the car off but for some reason not enough before they started lifting the ramp back up.

looks like the lift broke to me. the back half of the car was on that silver part, and it broke causing the back of the car to hit the ground

i guess anything is possible. I hope whoever did that can find a job else where. It wont be with another moving company i bet.

Looks like it might have been a ramp failure..if you look at one of the pics you see the silver portion of the ramp on the ground which was probably supporting most of the wieght of the car and when that went the car came off

Regardless of the possible mechanical failure. It's in the operators hands. I don't think he'll be shipping cars anymore. Maybe produce. Not cars.
Wow, it's like a piece of modern art.
