They've got their work cut out for them against WV! Should be another pretty good game. My Boilers didn't have the best showing in the second half today, but the win is all that matters. It's nice to have my team through to the second round this early in the first!

Was a good first day of games...Too bad Illinois played like a typical Big Ten team in March. I'm looking forward to a few of the big match-ups today, like Arizona/Utah and the rest. I think we will see at least two more 12+ seeds get through to round 2. My bracket is too good right now...God knows that doesn't last.

That they do I just hope that no one notices our lack of offensive creativeness (secret agent smiley). Did any one see that Judo throw that the Morgan st. kid did to the big kid from OU. You can't tell me that that wasn't intentional.

I had Illini picked in all 5 of my brackets.

Oh well, still 14/16 in 2 brackets for day 1. Not bad, I'll take it.

Longhorns played a great game, soooo close! There were some pretty chicken shit calls both ways in that game, wish they would have let them bang a little more. I had duke in my bracket but damn I was hoping UT would prove me wrong.

Gonzaga game was one hell of a finish, there have been 4 or 5 GREAT finishes this year so far.

I had Wake in the final 4....right now I am 4/10 in my group and there is a 100 bucks up for grabs...

There hasn't been many upsets yet imo...besides Wake

My worst bracket is 35 correct picks, 12/16 in Sweet 16, 7/8 Elite 8 still in.

I usually only do 2-3 brackets, 1 in a pay league.
This year for some reason I felt compelled to do 5 brackets lol. But they're all just for fun.

yep. I dont get it. lots of folks make that stupid claim that if they were in a harder conference they wouldnt have as good a record.

do they forget that they beat the entire tournament field last year?

Well my 2 of my 3 brackets are looking pretty good with me picking 14 of the sweet 16 teams. I have the home state Michigan State Spartans winning one and the other Pitt winning. My 3rd bracket was doomed from the beginning cause I picked my Wolverines lol.

Ive got all my teams except 2 in the Sweet 16, but theyd be playing Pitt & Louisville so its ok. First round kinda sucked for me, 7 losses. I picked Memphis in the next round, but I hope my Tigers can keep it up.

Yeah now i'm hoping the Pistons don't get embarres in the playoff,RedWings repeat, Tigers have a good reason,Lions don't screwup the draft, and Rich Rod doesn't destroy our football tradition. This is getting exhausting :p

Red Wings will repeat, just watch out for the Devils, and the Rangers (if they get in.) It sounds wierd but trust me :crazy:

And the Wolverines will get back up there. We got a good recruiting class, and we got that white quarterback from San Diego, who can run in the 4.6's. Not blazing, but Pat White ran a middle 4.5, so I'll take it.

I got 14/16 right now. Florida St. and Wake Forest screwed me. If i keep this up I'll win 100 smackers

I'm aware about all of the above just felt like letting my brain rest for a minute or two.

Pistons are pissing me off but being healthy and having no one pick you in the post season can work wonders (2004!)

I want to play the Devils cause i'm still sour over the 95' sweep and who better than the Wings offense to bring Brodeur down to earth.

Yeah the Lions and organiztion suck nuff said.

I'm in the 96.7th percentile on ESPN with my bracket. 15/16 and all my Elite 8 left. Wake was the team that messed up my sweet 16.

NIT is coming to a close shortly....Anyone ever wonder what the NIT winner would do in the NCAA tourney every year? They should do the NIT early and before March Madness... Automatically then place the NIT winner as a bottom seed in the NCAA tournament.....

Any thoughts on this?
