LSX Shootout Expands To Series for 2011

Industry sources have indicated that that the LSX Shootout, which has been held by the NMCA and GM Performance Parts, have stepped up for 2011 and added two additional race dates. This series will include a points system, and it's rumored that the LSFest race held by Holley Performance will also be participating in the points system!

March 18-20, 2011
9th Annual Ross Racing Pistons NMCA Muscle Car Nationals
Bradenton Motorsports Park – Bradenton, Florida
April 14-17, 2011
3rd Annual Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals
Atlanta Dragway – Commerce, Georgia
October 6-9, 2011
10th Annual FueLab NMCA World Street Finals
O’Reilly Raceway Park – Indianapolis, Indiana
We have not yet head which classes will be run in 2011 but we expect next year's classes to mirror 2010.
NMCA has also created a 275 tire class for 2011, and we wonder if there will be an opportunity for LS racers to race in that class too. All in all, 2011 is looking very exciting right now, and we look forward to seeing you all at the track next year!
